I built my business during my maternity leave because I wanted more time with my littles. I was scar-cited but able to fill my coaching practice in 3 months and build waitlist and scaled it during a cross state move and divorce.
My “happy, boring dream life” includes salsa dance classes, barre workouts, ocean swims, traveling internationally with my kids and not having to stress if they are sick and need to stay home. I live in sunny San Diego — and bought my dream home right next door to my parents .
Before becoming a business coach, I was a mental health therapist. I'm still obsessed with SFT style coaching and love using my skills to make kind, ethical, heart-centered women rich and free.
